Associate Professor Birgit Feldtmann participates in the 19th Plenary Session of the Contact Group on Piracy off the Coast of Somalia (CGPCS). CGPCS was established in January 2009 pursuant to UNSC Resolution 1851 and is a forum for co-operation between states engaging in counter-piracy in the Horn of Africa region and other relevant stakeholders (see: http://www.lessonsfrompiracy.net/) .
