In some cases, an internship can lead to a project collaboration on, for example, the master’s thesis, or that the student is employed in a student job or as an employee after graduation.
For some degree programmes (e.g. Journalism and Bachelor of Engineering), the internship is compulsory, and other rules apply regarding duration, salary, etc.
