CHAPTER 1 A OF THE HEAT SUPPLY ACT AND ITS IMPACT UPON MUNICIPAL ENGAGEMENT IN STRATEGIC ENERGY PLANNING

The title of the lecture is "The Kommunalfuldmagt as authority in law, and regulatory fremework, for municipal activities".
