• Comprehensive view of product development including all processes from the initial idea through the final product to disposal
• Ability to consider organisational, managerial and financial elements in connection with product development
• Awareness of cultural and social norms and values as well as of aesthetic and ethical responsibility
• Ability to design and construct products, facilities and systems from fixed specifications
• Ability to carry out measuring and calculations based on a solid knowledge of mechanical engineering disciplines
• Ability to apply 3D-CAD as well as IT based calculation and simulation software
• Ability to apply IT tools in connection with information search as well as to present your findings graphically and in writing
• Ability to manage and direct interdisciplinary projects which require input from several people.

A bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering qualifies you to continue your studies for a master of science in engineering degree.
