International PhD course on 'Using eye-tracking in social science research projects'
The PhD course takes place at University Campus Esbjerg on 14-18 September 2015 ...
The 17 PhD students who will come to Esbjerg next week are from 11 different EU and non-EU countries and from various social science disciplines, like business, management, psychology, and computer science. The PhD students will learn and discuss how to best use mobile and remote eye-tracking devices in their PhD research projects.
The lecturers of the course also come from different disciplines and countries, so that we expect the whole course to be an exciting interdisciplinary experience for both lecturers and PhD students.
More than 40 students applied to take part in the course which also includes a hands-on experimental component. The high number of applications is evidence that there is much interest to learn more about the eye-tracking methodology and the SDU campus in Esbjerg.
