- All PhD students must register with a valid email address.
- All PhD students are required to be subscribed to the PhD distribution list within their department. This list serves as an effective communication channel for disseminating information regarding new rules, regulations, and other relevant updates.
- The administration of the distribution list is the responsibility of the department's PhD secretary.
- It is expected that members of the Faculty PhD Committee, the PhD study board, the Heads of Departments, and PhD supervisors also subscribe to the distribution list to stay informed about important matters.
- Once a PhD student's studies are completed, it is the responsibility of the department's PhD secretary to unsubscribe them from the distribution list.
This electronic communication approach aims to streamline and enhance the flow of information within the PhD program.
