Meeting on long read sequencing at Frederiksberg

A successful meeting on log-read sequencing was held at University of Copenhagen, Frederiksberg on the 28th of November 2019. The meeting was arranged by Michael Kemp (Odense University Hospital), Henrik Westh (Hvidovre Hospital) and Paal Skytt Andersen (Statens Serum Institut) on behalf of The Danish Society for Clinical Microbiology. Approximately 50 persons attended the meeting. The meeting included talks on various aspects of Nanopore sequencing. The meeting organizers wish to thank all speakers for their presentation and professor Lars Hestbjerg Hansen for arranging the auditorium and coffee.
