In the Health sensing research area, we work on the development and evaluation of diagnostic sensors. Besides instrumentation technology this also includes physiological signal processing, image analysis and modeling of health and behavior states.

iCPR

In this project we work on a novel way to quantify the effectiveness of CPR massage and to use this information to enhance the CPR outcome. Development of a prototype and testing in a field study in ambulances in South Denmark.

Unobtrusive monitoring of hemodynamic information

We investigate unobtrusive sensor technologies for monitoring vital signs and hemodynamic information. Sensor technologies comprise Radar, capacitive ECG, optical methods, camera techniques, and sensors base on electromagnetic coupling.
