Participation in HPC PowerStack Seminar
Anders Clausen is participating in the first HPC PowerStack Seminar, where the aim is to develop a generic softwarestack for energy efficient management of supercomputers.
The HPC PowerStack Seminar will take place in Raitenhaslach, Germany between June 19th and June 22nd, 2018.
Participants include prominent actors from high-performance computing (HPC) centers, hardware industry and academedia.
The goal of the seminar is to develop software which can translate site-specific energy policies into operational strategies at HPC centers.
Anders Clausen from the Center for Energy Informatics is participating to provide insight on energy policies and integration with consumer-side participation in energy markets.
Along with him he brings experience from participation in the Energy Efficient High-Performance Computing Work Group on Grid Integration where he has been a member since 2014.
