Danish Ambassador speaks about Russia, the Arctic and International Law
The Danish Ambassador to Russia, H.E. Thomas Winkler, will on Monday 18 April, 16:30-18:00, speak at the Law Department about the role of international law in the Arctic. He will focus in particular on the Arctic Council and Russia’s approach to the new developments in the high North.
