The interdisciplinary portfolio of courses in the programme provides research-based knowledge on key aspects of business and human behaviour in organisations, sharpening your research competencies. You will gain an understanding of different theoretical perspectives on business and people management, while also developing practical skills through practice-oriented course elements and internship opportunities. Your solid understanding of management and human behaviour in organisations will prepare you to make a difference in future workplaces, promoting greater social sustainability in a variety of roles.
About the information meeting:
The Program Responsible for HRM, will hold the meeting. A recent graduate from the HRM program will also participate. We will discuss the following aspects of the program:
- provide information about the structure of the study program and the courses.
- describe how we integrate practice-oriented elements into teaching in close cooperation with companies.
- outline the set of competencies you will acquire and your future employment opportunities.
- respond to your questions about the study program and living in Denmark.
