The research group focuses on research within the public law disciplines. The group's focus is both on the relationship between the citizen and the public sector and the companies/business community's encounter with the public sector. A central area of work for the group is thus how the citizen and Danish companies are positioned in relation to public regulation.
Research in the field of public law focuses on defining applicable law for selected areas of law, as it is important to have and disseminate knowledge about the regulation that often concerns and affects the citizen in a mandatory way.
