Barbara Hutniczak finished her PhD project 20th of November 2014 with the title;

“Aspects of Sustainable Harvest of Fishery Resources – Analysis Based on the Baltic Sea Example”

Supervisor: Niels Vestergaard, Department of Environmental and Business Economics, University of Southern Denmark.

The thesis was evaluated by the following committee; professor Brooks Kaiser (chairman), University of Southern Denmark, professor Daniel Gordon, University of Calgary and professor Theodore Groves, University of California

Barbara is from Poland where she completed Bachelor’s Degree in Oceanography with Marine Biology specialization. She continued with Master’s Degree in Environmental and Resource Management in Esbjerg where she started the PhD in September 2011.
