University Library at Southern Denmark is a public library and anyone with permanent residence in Denmark can become a user of the library.

After registration, you will receive an e-mail with your login information.
The yellow health card is your library card.
When signing up as a user you accept the University Library's rules.
Once you are registered as a user of the library, you can borrow materials at the library, place holds on books, renew your loans and update your personal information in our library system.
Employees at OUH:
If you are employed at OUH and wish to borrow books and journals from the SDU library, you need to register as a user and send an email to udlaan@bib.sdu.dk. Include the library number you have received as well as information on which department at OUH you are employed. The materials your order will be sent to OUH Bibliotek where you can pick them up.
