OPEN Analyse – Presentation of a new analysis environment for research data

OPEN Analyse is a terminal server solution where the researcher’s PC acts as the terminal while the data is located and processed on a server at the Regional IT. The analysis environment consists of disc space with logging of file access and analysis software in the form of STATA and R.

OPEN Analyse can be used by projects that are or will be admitted into OPEN.

OPEN Analyse is free of charge for researchers at Odense University Hospital and Department of Clinical Research.

Regarding paying OPEN projects, which already use or wish to use OPEN's REDCap installation, the few data manager hours that come with user creation and guidance for the use of OPEN Analyse will be registered as part of the 30 data manager hours, which are usually covered by the project’s standard payment and license agreement with OPEN. No extra costs exist unless you need data manager hours beyond the agreed.

To provide insight into what OPEN Analyse is and how to benefit from the environment, OPEN would like to invite anyone interested for a presentation.
