I hold a Software Engineer Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Computer Science from the University of the Balearic Islands, Spain. For my thesis, I developed an application in collaboration with medical staff to digitalize segmented pain maps, which was adapted and used by a clinic. Meanwhile, I worked part-time as a Software Developer integrating connections between suppliers and touristic search engines in TravelGateX.
During my Computer Science Master’s at SDU, I participated in the FeatureCloud project as an Assistant Researcher, working on federating machine learning algorithms. My Ph.D. work is centered on the MOPITAS project, which analyzes sequential data by studying single-cell RNA and spatial transcriptomics together
