I graduated as a biomedical laboratory scientist in Odense in 2014. I then worked 10 months at the Department of Clinical Microbiology at the hospital in my hometown Slagelse before I went back to Funen and the Department of Clinical Microbiology at OUH. After working with microbiology (that I love) for 9 years I found that it was time for something new, and in May 2023 a began working at KMEB after my second maternity leave. Primarily I work with an IGF-I bioactivity assay that can be used to give a more biological relevant measurement of IGF-I in serum samples from patients.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my husband and two kids, cat and 6 chickens, and when I find the time I also like knitting, gardening and doing yoga.
