I graduated as a medical doctor from the University of Southern Denmark in 2020. Since then, I have predominantly worked in clinical settings, including the cardiology department, oncology department, and general practice.
Since September 2023, I have been working at KMEB as a clinical assistant, preparing for my PhD project before formally enrolling as a PhD student. In my PhD project, I aim to investigate whether everolimus (mTOR inhibitor) can enhance musculoskeletal vitality and aging in the elderly. The project involves a randomized placebo-controlled clinical trial examining the impact of everolimus on bone and muscles in healthy elderly with bone formation as primary endpoint.
My main supervisor is Moustapha Kassem and my co-supervisor is Morten Frost.
In my free time, I get my energy from running. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I find joy in skiing, exploring new places, enjoying different foods, with a particular linking for fish.
