I was a postdoc in HADAL center/SDU and I have MSc and PhD degrees in biological oceanography with background in benthic ecology and integrative taxonomy and phylogeny of annelids. My broad research interests are focused on ecological and evolutionary processes shaping benthic biodiversity and biogeographic patterns of deep-sea invertebrates. My current research aims to investigate meiofauna standing stock and diversity in hadal trenches in relation to food availability and the biogeography and connectivity of benthic fauna within and among trenches.
