In DIAS Blue Sky Mentoring, some of SDU’s most distinguished researchers take future research leaders at the university under their wing.

Aimed at early-career researchers at SDU with extraordinary talent and potential, this talent development programme highlights dreams, visions, and the human ability to pursue great goals, focusing less on technique and practical skills. This mode of mentorship is thus an ideal companion piece to other SDU-based talent development programmes for the greatest scholars of tomorrow.
