If you are employed at SDU and want to book facilities in the DIAS building, please use the 'Room finder' function in Microsoft Outlook, and book them like any other room at SDU.

• The seminar room can be found  under the name "O-DIAS Seminarrum" and has the room number V24-411-0
• The auditorium can be found under the name "OD SAM DIAS Auditorie" and has the room number V24-501a-0

As a rule of thumb, both rooms are reserved for DIAS on Wednesdays. If you are planning an event on a Wednesday, please write the DIAS Secretariat and we might be able to find a solution.

As a student, you are free to use our building to study in, both alone and with your study group, but please be mindful of the people working in it. You do that by avoiding noise and by cleaning up after yourself before you leave.

You may also use the water fountains, but please note that the kitchens and kitchen appliances are for employees only.

Our events at DIAS are open for everyone – students, staff, as well as people outside SDU. Generally, you don’t have to register to attend.  With our events, we strive to highlight current research topics in various fields and foster interdisciplinary discussions.
