Stine is a medical student at FLASH – Center for Liver Research. Her research is focused on diagnostics and prognostics of non-invasive biomarkers in alcohol-related liver disease. Currently, Stine is involved in two randomized, controlled trials:
- The Rifaximin study; a double-blinded placebo-controlled intervention trial to treatearly stages of alcohol-related liver fibrosis
- Faecal microbiota transplantation to prevent complications, progression and mortality of cirrhosis
Primary areas of responsibility are recruitment, inclusion and consultations with participants.
